LUNCH BUNCH
Lunch Bunch will begin on Monday, September 13, 2010. The fee is $18 per day (except Dec which is $9.00). We collect money in the fall and spring. Your child will be enrolled for the day(s) that you select for the entire year. We will collect winter and spring payments January 4th and 5th . Children attending must be 3 – 5 years of age, toilet trained and have independent eating skills.
Fast food and soda are not allowed at lunch bunch. Parents who forget to pack a lunch will be called and asked to bring the child’s lunch by 12:15 PM. Otherwise, the child will stay in the office and parents will be called to pick up the child. The lunch bunch fee will be forfeited. Please note: we will work with each individual situation, but it is not the responsibility of the preschool staff to provide lunch for your child.
Remember that Lunch Bunch ends at 1:15 PM and you should pick up your child by that time. Children will be in the preschool lobby at 1:10 PM for pick-up. Parents arriving after 1:20 PM will be assessed a late fee of $5.00, increasing by $1.00 per minute for each additional minute late. Habitual lateness, 2 or more times late for a child, will result in forfeiting your lunch bunch spot. Refunds will not be given, if your child loses their spot do to habitual lateness.
Please send a nonperishable lunch, including drink, in a clearly marked lunch container. Children will eat outside, weather permitting, or in the gym. After lunch the children will play on the playground or in the gym.
SPRING REGISTRATION BILLS WILL GO OUT BY DEC. 1. PAYMENT IS DUE ON OR BEFORE JANUARY 5TH TO MAINTAIN YOUR SPOT. IF YOU WANT TO DROP A DAY OR MORE, LET US KNOW SO WE CAN OPEN IT UP TO FAMILIES ON OUR WAIT LIST. IF YOU WAND TO ADD A DAY, WE WILL ADD YOUR CHILD TO THE WAIT LIST OF NAMES.
