Adult Discipleship Ministry at Saint Mark’s United Methodist Church
“Come and follow me,” Jesus says. As we follow Jesus we become disciples of Christ. Disciples are called into ministries of healing, care, prayer, worship, and study that we may be conformed into the image of the Christ whom we follow. As we are conformed to the image of Christ, the world is transformed and the kingdom of God will be lived on earth as it is in heaven.
The Ministry of Congregational Care
Christ who kneels at the feet of his friends, and calls his disciples to do likewise, also calls the community of faith into ministries of caring and healing.
