Welcome to the St. Mark’s Missions site. We are called to be the hands and hearts of Jesus Christ, continuing the mission trip he began over 2,000 years ago. One of the primary ways we do this is through our service to others.
Jesus made this clear in Matthew 25:35-40, where he said “For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.” Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?’ “The King will reply, “I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me.”
Please visit Local Outreach Opportunites and Opportunities Outside Raleigh to discover ways we are directly impacting lives. We hope you will find a place and a purpose in one of these opportunities to serve God.

Stop Hunger Now
Stop Hunger Now was a resounding success. St. Mark’s members, young and old, packaged 48,000 meals during this year’s 2008 Operation Sharehouse event. Those meals were shipped to Haiti where they will have an immediate and tangible effect for those who are in such desperate need.
