Have you ever been hungry? Have you ever felt like your life was in total upheaval and turbulence? If so, you have been in the same place as the followers of Jesus as recorded in the Gospel of John. Chapter six is part of what is called the Book of Signs. The miracles of Jesus are recounted as we hear stories about five thousand people being fed and Jesus walking across water to the disciples in the boat. The questions for us are: Where are you in the story of miracle? Do you see miracle all around you? Or is that something that happened long ago and far away?
