		<description>As I was reading the lyric of Hymn of Promise in the BEN-e-diction blog (first one)I started humming a tune that seemed to fit the lyric. Based on a Polish Carol the words for &quot;Infant Holy, Infant Lowly&quot; give, for me, an enriched Advent momentum as I softly the sing the Hymn of Promise to the new tune.

The file is safe if you&#039;d like to download and hear the tune http://www.christmas-songs.org/songs/infant_holy_infant_lowly.htm

Doing a bit of research on the April workshop for A River Deep and Wide I saw your name and looked up the website for St. Marks. Your blogs are good reading/thought provoking. (Give your Stuart a hug for me :)

Given the economy I may have to attend in &#039;spirit&#039; but am very attracted to the program and speakers.

Lastly, have you ever written for Weavings? It is a publication I&#039;ve read for years.

Grace and peace to you, brother.

		<description>Ben,
I enjoyed this blog. It is interesting that one of the things that has always stayed with me from my youth is my pastors benediction. Because of the impact on my life I repeat this benediction at the end of my service.
&quot;Go out into the world in peace, have courage, hold onto that which is good, return no person evil for evil, strengthen the faint hearted, support the weak, help the suffering, rejoicing in the power of the Holy Spirit.&quot;
I agree with you the benediction is a beginning not and end.
